রাসূল (সা :) এর চরিত্রের মাধুর্য্যতা

 রাসুলুল্লাহ ﷺ ছিলেন সবচেয়ে সাবলীল, সংবেদনশীল ও সম্মানজনক ভঙ্গিতে কথা বলার আদর্শ। তিনি কারো হৃদয় ভাঙতেন না, বরং এমনভাবে কথা বলতেন যেন সেই ব্যক্তি নিজেকে শ্রদ্ধেয় মনে করে। তাঁর মুখে কখনো কঠোরতা থাকত না, বরং তাঁর ভাষা ছিল নরম, দয়ালু, এবং পরিপূর্ণ।


আল্লাহ তায়ালা বলেন, "তুমি মানুষের সাথে নম্র ব্যবহার করো এবং সৎকাজের আদেশ দাও। আর মূর্খদের থেকে মুখ ফিরিয়ে নাও।” [সূরা আরাফ, ১৯৯]


এ আয়াত আমাদের একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ শিক্ষা দেয়— মার্জিত ব্যবহার + বুদ্ধিদীপ্ত কথা + আবেগ নিয়ন্ত্রণ = ইসলামিক স্মার্ট কমিউনিকেশন।


ভালো কমিউনিকেশন স্কিলের কিছু মূলনীতি হচ্ছে —


১. আবেগ নিয়ন্ত্রণ করা সুন্নাহ:


যখন কেউ রাগে জ্বলছে, ইসলাম বলে — চুপ থাকো, অজু করো, পরিবেশ বদলাও। এগুলো ইমোশন ম্যানেজমেন্টের সেরা টেকনিক। রাগের সময় চুপ থাকা মানে, নিজের শব্দ দিয়ে কারো হৃদয় আহত না করা।


২. কথা বলার আগে ভাবা:


রাসুল ﷺ বলেন, “যে আল্লাহ ও আখিরাতে বিশ্বাস রাখে, সে যেন কল্যাণকর কথা বলে, না হয় চুপ থাকে।” [সহীহ বুখারী ও মুসলিম]


৩. অপরকে বোঝার চেষ্টা করা:


ইসলাম শেখায় আল্লাহ সবচেয়ে পছন্দ করে ওই ব্যক্তিকে যে অন্যান্য মানুষের জন্য সবচেয়ে উপকারী। অন্যের জায়গায় নিজেকে কল্পনা করার চেষ্টা করলে সবাইকে আর এতটাও খারাপ লাগেনা। হতে পারে আরেকজনের মনের দুঃখ আপনার কথাতেই হালকা হতে পারে।


৪. চোখে চোখ রেখে কথা বলা, নাম ধরে ডাকা, আর মুখে হাসি রাখা — এই তিনটি রাসুলের (সা) অভ্যাস ছিল।

সেগুলো আমাদের কথায় উষ্ণতা আনে। মানুষ শোনে কেবল শব্দ নয়, বরং তাদের অনুভব করেও।


মুখের শব্দ অনেক শক্তিশালী! এই কথা দিয়ে কাউকে ভেঙে ফেলতে পারেন। কথা দিয়ে কাউকে গড়ে তুলতে পারেন। 


ছোট ছোট সচেতনতা গুলো ইবাদত হিসেবে গুণে নেওয়া হবে, শত ভুল বুঝাবুঝি বাইরে হলেও নিজের কাছে নিজে ঠিক থাকা হবে, বাইরে ঝড় চললেও মনের নিজের ভিতর শান্তি থাকবে ইন শা আল্লাহ, চমৎকার না ব্যাপারটা?
